I had a bet with one of my diet obssesed friends that I would lose 10 kilos by the end of march or I would pay her a sum of money! So its on! My plan is to lose a kilo each week starting yesterday! I went home ate grilled boring stuff and actually exercised! Athar ilshe6a is still in me!
I have a reminder set up to motivate me and continue with the plan. This is going to be kind of a diary to keep track of my frustrations and deitary needs and wants! Good luck to me!
